Lebanon County CARES Grants are NOW AVAILABLE 

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act authorizes Lebanon County to use the funds to cover costs that are necessary expenditures incurred from the covid-19 pandemic and are intended to be used to support economic recovery and sustainability in our County.

These grants are open in two phases. Phase ONE opens September 1. Phase TWO is slated to open October 15.


There are three categories for applications:

  1. Non-Profits (501(c)3 and 501(c)19 only

  2. Tourism and Hospitality

  3. Small Business (under 100 employees)


Applications should be filled out online using LebanonCountyCares.com. The website is live as of September 1st . The website is user friendly and provides all the information that you need to assist you during the application process.  Plus contact information if you have any questions during the process.

All applications received during the open window will be considered equally.

Applications are not filled on a first come-first served basis.

Program Timeline – Phase One

  • September 1 – Grant application opens at 8:00 a.m.

  • September 15 – Grant applications are due by 4:00 p.m.

  • September 30 – Grant awards for round one will be announced*

  • December 30 – Deadline for spending grant funds
